The CROMPTON Return Policy
Returned Goods
Units requested to be returned must have valid permission and a RMA #.
Units considered for possible return must be in the Warranty period of 1 year (which is the date of reception of order at customer location.)
Units labelled Special Item-Non Returnable (as per RFQ & Invoice & Packing Lists) cannot be returned for credit.
Units that have been installed, or customer modified, cannot be returned for credit.
Units subject to inspection before possible credit will be issued.
Units must be in a new, unused condition, and in its original carton without markings.
Units must be returned with sufficient packaging to avoid possible transportation damages.
Units must be returned via Prepaid shipping (costs incurred to return items for credit are the sole responsibility of the customer).
All returns subject to a re-stocking charge (if applicable).
All returned units with a valid RMA # must be sent freight Pre-paid to:

Claims
In the event of a shortage of material, or damage, please notify the carrier as well as Crompton Technology immediately. Please note Crompton Technology is not responsible for damages occurring in transit, but we will offer any assistance necessary to pursue your claim against any courier company. All orders must be inspected for possible damage within 10 days of receipt.
Order Cancellation
All orders are non-cancelable unless permission is granted from our office. The permission is depending on the head factory decision if they will permit any cancellation of the order. If cancellation is permitted, then a cancellation charge may apply.
