Miniature Hour Meters

Miniature Hour Meters manufactured by Crompton Instruments in the U.K. are a 1.5 Inch Hour Meter offered in the 549 Series with compact space saving for panels designed to fit standard 17/32″ switch knock outs.

Miniature Hour Meters offer a Non-resettable design measuring 99,999 Hours elapsed time.

Toughened glass window offered on all units, with system frequencies of either 50 or 60 Hz.  Enclosure code is IP42, with an operating temperature of -10 to + 55 Degrees Celsius (15 to 130 Degrees F). Easy installation with Simple Clamp Fixing.

Typical applications include building management, control panels, distribution systems, energy management, generator sets, motor control, process control, switchgear, and utility power monitoring.

Advantages of electromechanical counters are easy installation, are non resettable to avoid tampering. Models have only two terminals for connection and easy set up. There are no configuration settings or setup menus to complicate the installation. Electromechanical units do not require external power.
